Shoonya means NOTHINGNESS or VAST EMPTINESS of the Universe which is the source of all creation.

In the algebra system, Shoonya means 0 and India invented it.

Buddha taught Shoonya as a Meditation and Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga now offers it as an Advanced Program.

One realizes the significance of Shoonya in the physical dimension only when one experiences this in the NON-physical dimension of existence.

Mathematics is a natural consequence of inner exploration by Sages, in deep states of meditation.

Number 2

Everything in the universe including human beings is a play of dual forces of CONSCIOUSNESS & ENERGY or Shiva & Shakti.

We know this as Duality of Existence and everything is just different modifications of these dual forces.

In Human Mechanism, Consciousness manifests as Mental Force flowing in the Ida Nadi. And, Energy as Pranic Force in the Pingala Nadi.

Number 3

There are three Gunas: SATTVA, RAJAS, TAMAS

The GUNAS are fundamental qualities of NATURE or PRAKRITI and exist in every manifested object of the creation.

We can observe the GUNAS at physical level and psychological level. At physical level, Sattva is Illumination, Rajas is Motion and TAMAS is Passivity.

At the psychological level, Sattva is an experience of Happiness, Rajas is an experience of Pain and Tamas is an experience of Indifference.

The GUNAS are not static but constantly interacting with each other to influence each other. Thereby, giving a possibility of wide variety of manifestations in the universe and of individual experiences.

Because of this aspect of GUNAS, there is so much Diversity in the World.
