Consciousness

According to Yogic Traditions, all creation has come from Nothingness and will go back into Nothingness.

This Vast Emptiness, an unimaginable level of intelligence is the source of all creation and is known as Consciousness.

Being Conscious means to connect with the source of creation, transcending the physical & psychological limitations of our body & mind.

It has been proven in the lab experiments that if certain energy patterns are created around a vacuum chamber, virtual protons and neutrons will begin to appear.

So, Emptiness does lead to creation of a form in certain conditions.

Shi-va vs Shiva

Modern science has proven that almost 99% of the cosmos is empty space and only 1% is matter.

Nothingness is this infinite emptiness of the universe also known as Shi-va (that which is not, hyphen is imp) or Dark Energy.

When this dimension of emptiness is personified Shi-va becomes Shiva, the Great Indian Deity. In Indian Culture, Shiva is also known as “The Dark One”.

Shiva as Mahadev

The whole creation i.e. Planets, Stars, Galaxies, all life on earth etc. dissolves ultimately into this very source of creation called Nothingness.

As per modern science, at the center of every galaxy there is a blackhole, where creation and dissolution are happening simultaneously.

Again, in Indian Culture Shiva is personified as Mahadev, a Creator and Destroyer of Cosmos.

Sanatana Dharma

Sanatana Dharama is the eternal law of the creation and dissolution. Yoga is the science & technology by which a human being can experience this non-physical dimension of existence.
